What cloud services do we use?
We currently utilize AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform when building for the cloud. Ultimately this is up to you, however if you are impartial we will default to AWS.
How can I update my website?
If you sign up for the long-term support, you will be given a login and url to update your website.
What if I cancel my subscription?
You will have the remainder of the payment cycle to export your website if you wish. After the payment cycle ends, your admin access and website will be deleted.
How can I install a new theme?
We offer a variety of themes you can choose from when we build your website. If you pick the Pro plan, you can dynamically update your theme anytime you wish.
